This online cardio dance program is designed for clients who want to master the moves before stepping into the studio or simply enjoy the fun of dance workouts from the comfort of home. Each weekday (Monday through Friday), you'll learn a brand-new, high-energy dance routine. Over the course of 3 weeks, that’s 15 unique choreographies—keeping things fresh, exciting, and never repetitive. Whether you're preparing to slay in your next live class or just want to move your body to great music, this program delivers an incredible workout while boosting your confidence with every step. How it works

  • Purchase the Plan (The plan is only for 3 weeks)
  • You can access each dance tutorial at any time within the 3 weeks.
  • If you miss a day, or would like to go back to a certain dance/choreography, simply go back to the date you missed, and begin the dance workout
  • If your plan ends and you would like to access the dance tutorials again, simply just repurchase the plan
